Looking for guidance when it comes to separation and divorce? In these Programs, I'll provide you with the tools you need to evaluate your relationship with your partner and decide which course of action is best for you and your situation.
No matter where you are in the process of your divorce (in the midst, healing, or moving on), these Programs will give you the support and resources you need to move forward -- stronger.
Dating can be such an intimidating process. Figuring out how to find a new relationship (that actually works) is going to be a bit of a learning curve in and of itself. So, why not do it around others who are doing the same thing? Not only will you get some relatable support from your groupmates, but you’ll probably also share a laugh or two with others who are fumbling into this new place alongside you! I really want you to have a successful relationship, so let’s tackle this together!
Mediation coaching helps you to effectively plan your marital separation, make positive arrangements for your children’s new future, and identify actionable ways help them to get through the transition as unscathed as possible.
Give your children safety and stability after a divorce or separation. In these Programs/Groups, I'll help you address fundamental issues that can detract from a positive co-parenting relationship, such as: residual problems from the divorce or separation, implementing boundaries, transitioning into new stages of the co-parenting relationship, planning effectively, and maintaining stability in the long run.

My Programs help you and your partner explore your relationship through the lens of many important considerations and offer key concepts for you to get the most out of your investment with each other, and create a more fulfilling relationship.
WHAT ABOUT ME?
Cultivate the life you've been longing for with these expert tools and resources. I'll provide meditation exercises, guided imagery, self-care prompts (both physical and emotional), and guide you in creating better boundaries, planning finances, generating productivity, and achieving your personal goals. In order to work on any relationship challenge, you have to have a good baseline with yourself. I suggest people take “Be Better in Your Daily Life” along with any of my other programs in order programs in order to get a foundation in basic guiding principles to help you stay centered, focused, and receptive while you’re learning and processing your own personal material.
