New Balance: A Support Group for Staying Connected to Yourself

What if the goal wasn’t to constantly feel like you’re “working on yourself”…
but to stay connected to yourself?

To notice where you are.
To understand what keeps repeating.
And to begin making small, meaningful shifts over time.

New Balance is a small, ongoing group for people who want to do exactly that.

It’s a space to pause, reflect, and stay accountable—not in a pressured way, but in a supported one.

What This Group Is About

There are often areas of life where we feel stuck.

Maybe it’s something you’ve been trying to change for a while—
your habits, your communication, your boundaries, your follow-through.

Or maybe it’s a feeling that something isn’t quite aligned, but you’re not sure how to shift it.

In this group, we focus on:

  • Keeping track of your patterns
  • Understanding what’s underneath the things you’re trying to change
  • Building awareness around how you show up in relationships
  • Developing practical ways to respond differently
  • Staying connected to your goals without losing yourself in the process

Because often, the issue isn’t a lack of effort.

It’s a lack of awareness and support while you’re trying to change.

Why Group Work

There’s something powerful about doing this work alongside other people.

In a group, you begin to see yourself more clearly.

You notice patterns in real time.
You hear yourself differently.
You recognize that you’re not the only one navigating these challenges.

And as you support others, you begin to understand your own patterns more deeply.

Change becomes more possible when it’s shared.

What We Work On Together

This group is for people who are ready to look at things like:

  • Repeating relationship patterns
  • Difficulty with boundaries
  • Communication challenges
  • Follow-through and consistency
  • Work-life balance
  • Habits that don’t align with your goals
  • Feeling stuck in certain areas of life

Often, these are not separate issues.

They’re connected patterns that show up in different ways.

And when you begin to understand them, you can start to shift them.
