WORKSHOPS
Therapist-Led Workshops for Clarity, Stability, and Next Steps
Life transitions and relationship challenges can feel overwhelming when you’re trying to figure everything out on your own. These 90-minute, therapist-led workshops are designed for people who want clarity, emotional grounding, and practical tools — not endless processing. Each session focuses on a specific relational theme (divorce, couples, discernment, co-parenting) and helps you understand what’s happening, why it keeps happening, and what to do next.
Workshops are intentionally small to allow depth, safety, and meaningful participation. Each includes optional sessions for those who want to continue the work in a more personalized way.
HOW THESE WORKSHOPS WORK
- 90-minute live virtual workshops
- Small groups (limited to 7 participants)
- Focused on clarity, emotional grounding, and practical insight
- Confidential, therapist-led environment
- Workshop recordings included
- Optional individual or couples sessions available
Each workshop stands on its own and can be taken independently.
